Dhanvarsha (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect (a) mobile number & email during signup, (b) SEBI-compliance details when required by law, (c) payment metadata (never the card PAN) via Paytm, and (d) analytics events strictly limited to anonymised app usage.

2. How we use your data

To deliver stock recommendations, process subscriptions, respond to support tickets, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the product. We never sell your data.

3. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active + 90 days. Financial records are retained for the statutory period. Audit logs are retained 90 days.

4. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data any time from Profile → Settings, or by writing to support@dhanvarsha.app.

5. Security

All traffic is TLS-encrypted. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Payment secrets are handled entirely by Paytm and never touch our servers.
